Start Your Healing Journey

Before scheduling an in-person session with Jackie, there are some important things to know. Please familiarize yourself with our Booking Terms & Conditions listed here.

When you are ready to proceed, you can schedule your session by selecting the appropriate service listed below. I look forward to starting you on your healing journey.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Refunds and Deposits

  • ​Sessions are NOT Refundable under any circumstances. ​Arriving more than 15 minutes late, choosing to end the session early, or not showing is considered forfeiture and you will be financially responsible for the full session.
     

  • For In-Person Healing Sessions, A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at the time of booking, or within 24 hours of booking (if booked offline), otherwise your appointment will be canceled.

Canceling / Re-Scheduling

  • You are allowed to cancel your session within 48 hours advanced notice. With your initial deposit, you can reschedule your session only once. If you are to cancel a second time, rescheduling will require a new deposit.
     

  • To cancel or reschedule please contact Rita directly at +1 818 686-5898 within 48 hours of your appointment.

Arrival & Payment

  • You'll be provided with an exact address 24 hours before your session Located in Sherwood Forest.
     

  • Upon arrival, you must remit the remaining balance prior to the session starting. We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or Credit/Debit card for remaining Balance.

During Your Session

  • ​No children or pets are allowed. No support person is allowed. This bodywork can cause the emotional release from past unconscious traumas, by attending a session you consent to the possibility.
     

  • I am not responsible for any psychotherapeutic healing nor is any specific outcome guaranteed. Not every situation can be solved in 1 session, it depends on a variety of factors at the sole discretion of Jackie Tha Muscle Whisperer.

Aftercare & Continuing Work

  • Any additional or subsequent work is at the discretion and expense of the client.
     

  • Aftercare following the appointment is your responsibility and is considered a significant aspect of the treatment. Instructions will be provided after your session is completed.
     

  • IF FLYING IN YOU MUST STAY 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR RETURNING FLIGHT.

Privacy & Scheduling

  • You have the right to confidentiality. Any other high-profile sensitivities can be submitted prior to the session verbally or via email.
     

  • If you need an appointment other than what the schedule allows, don't hesitate to contact me directly by emailing bookings@themusclewhisper.com
