Through mindful pressure applied to specific “trigger points” or tight areas, Jackie works to encourage relaxation, improve natural mobility, and help the body return to a more balanced state.
It is a calming, body-based therapy designed to support overall physical comfort and well-being by easing muscular tightness and restoring a sense of flow throughout the body.

Session Fee and Booking Process: Here are some key points to remember:
Sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling is possible once with a 48-hour notice, using the initial deposit. Subsequent rescheduling will necessitate a new deposit. The precise session address will be communicated 24 hours prior.
Payment options include, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Credit/Debit card, AfterPay and Klarna
Cancellation and Late Policy:
Please notify us at (818) 686-5898 at least 48 hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes), early session termination, or no-shows will result in forfeiture, leading to full financial responsibility.
Travel Essentials:
For those traveling, a 48-hour stay is required before your return flight, due to inflammation and bruising that can occur from the physical work during the session.
Session Insights:
No children, pets, or support persons are permitted during the session. Given the nature of bodywork, be aware that an emotional release from past traumas is possible. Results vary, and the extent of healing depends on several factors, guided by Jackie's sole discretion.
This is very powerful work it is more of an experience than a session. There is usually bruising and inflammation during/after the session. You will be given complete aftercare instructions at the session.
We want you to know that Jackie will always make sure before you leave the property.
Confidentiality and Aftercare:
Confidentiality is always respected. Aftercare following the session is your responsibility and a vital component of your healing journey. Additional or subsequent work is at your discretion and expense.

It’s important to know that the session is not so much based on time but need sometimes it’s an hour and a half and sometimes it’s three hours. Sometimes clients will be in the Meditation room after the table work but it doesn't necessarily mean your time is up. The one thing for sure is Jackie will not let you leave unless you are feeling OK to do so.
